SuperCleaner Home is an Android application that combines launcher functionality and device cleaning / management tools. Depending on the version and feature configuration, the App may provide a home screen launcher, app drawer, app search, shortcuts, widgets, junk cleaning, large file cleaning, app management, photo compression, notification management, reminders, and related utility features.

We are committed to handling information in a lawful, limited, and transparent manner.

This information is used solely to support functions such as junk file scanning, large file identification, temporary file or installation package scanning, photo compression, storage usage display, and cleaning result presentation.

The processing of such information is performed locally on your device. The App does not proactively upload, store, or transfer your files or file contents to our servers.

3.4 Notification Information

If you enable notification-related features, the App may access and process necessary notification information and related metadata.

This information is used solely to provide notification reminders, notification organization, notification filtering, badge support, and notification management features that you choose to enable.

Notification information is processed locally on your device. The App does not proactively upload or store your notification content on our servers. Such information is retained only as necessary on your device to provide the requested functionality.

3.5 App Management Information

If you use app management features, the App may access and process basic information about applications installed on your device and other information necessary to provide app management functionality.

This information is used for app display, sorting, viewing app details, uninstall guidance, and related management features.

Installed app information is primarily processed locally on your device. The App does not proactively upload or maintain a server-side record of your installed applications. The App does not silently uninstall other applications. When you choose to uninstall an application, the standard Android system uninstall process is used.

3.6 Settings and Preference Information

The App may store necessary settings and preference information locally on your device, such as reminder configurations, display preferences, and similar settings.

This information is used to save your personalized choices, maintain continuity of functionality, and improve your overall user experience.

Settings and preference information is generally stored locally on your device. The App does not proactively upload such information to our servers unless necessary to provide a service that you have requested.

4. How Information Is Collected

We collect information through the following methods to ensure the stable operation of the Launcher services and the efficiency of the Cleaning functions:

4.1 Information You Provide and Trigger Actively

• Functional Configuration Data: When you customize launcher layouts, apply icon packs, or configure desktop widgets, we record your preference settings.
• User Interaction Records: When you actively click "Start Cleaning," manage app installation status, or adjust reminder settings, we process these operational instructions to execute the corresponding functions.

4.2 Automatically Collected Functional Data

To deliver the core value of the App, our system automatically processes the following information during foreground or background operation:

• Cleaning and Scanning Information: To locate junk files, caches, and residual data, the App scans your device storage. Please note: This scanning is strictly used to identify and clean redundant files; we do not upload your personal file content.
• App List Information: As a launcher and app management tool, we need to access your list of installed applications to display apps on the home screen, perform category management, and identify redundant app caches for cleaning.
• Device and Operational Status: We automatically record device identifiers (e.g., GAID), operating system version, crash logs, and performance data. This information is used to ensure compatibility across different device models and to fix crash issues.

4.3 Information Obtained via Third-Party SDKs and Services

We integrate SDKs from trusted partners (e.g., Google Firebase, AdMob) for the following purposes:

• Analytics and Attribution: To understand user acquisition sources and the frequency of functional usage.
• Advertising Display: To provide you with a non-intrusive advertising experience.
• Push Messaging and Configuration: To ensure reminders are delivered on time and to optimize app configurations remotely.

6. Permissions and Special Access

6.1 File and Storage Access Permissions

• On certain system versions or device environments, obtain “All files access” in order to ensure that deep cleaning, full-device scanning, and similar features function properly.

3. Processing Principles

• We only access files to the extent necessary to provide cleaning, scanning, file analysis, image compression, and related features;
• Unless you actively initiate the relevant feature and explicitly confirm the action, this app will not delete your files without authorization;
• We do not upload your private documents, photos, or other personal file contents for junk cleaning purposes; such processing is performed locally on your device.

4. Impact of Refusal

If you refuse to grant the above permissions or disable the relevant special access, this app may be unable to fully scan junk files, residual installation packages, large files, or image files on your device. Certain deep-cleaning, image compression, and file analysis features may be unavailable or limited in effectiveness.

5. How to Disable

You may disable such permissions or access at any time under Settings - Apps - This App - Permissions or Settings - Special App Access / Special Access.

6.2 Usage Access Permission

When you use features such as “data usage view,” “app uninstallation,” “notification management / notification cleanup,” or related cleaning and optimization functions, this app may require Usage Access in order to:

• Assist in estimating app cache size, storage occupancy, runtime status, and cleanup priority;
• More accurately identify app-related cache paths and invalid residual data in deep-cleaning or app-management scenarios;
• Provide more accurate app analysis reports, cleanup suggestions, and notification management functions.

3. Processing Principles

• This permission is primarily used for local analysis of app usage status and to assist cleaning-related determinations;
• We do not use this permission to read your specific chat content, typed content, or page text in other apps;
• Unless otherwise expressly stated and with your consent, we will not use information obtained through this permission for purposes unrelated to the foregoing features.

4. Impact of Refusal

If you do not grant this permission, the app may be unable to provide accurate app usage or traffic data. Information regarding long-unused apps, certain notification management functions, and some deep-cleaning capabilities that rely on this permission may be unavailable or less effective.

You may disable this access at any time under Settings - Special App Access - Usage Access.

6.3 Notification Permission

2. Purpose of Use

This app may request notification permission in order to:

• Send cleaning reminders, storage optimization reminders, and task completion notifications;
• Push prompts, status updates, or service notifications related to features you have enabled;

3. Processing Principles

• Notification permission is used solely to display notifications related to this app;
• You may decide for yourself whether to receive such notifications;
• Refusal to grant notification permission will not affect the basic use of the app’s core cleaning functions, except for features that depend on notification reminders.

4. Impact of Refusal

If you do not grant notification permission, you will not be able to receive cleaning reminders, task status notifications, feature prompts, or other service messages from this app. However, this generally will not affect the use of most core features.

5. How to Disable

You may disable notification permission at any time under Settings - Apps - This App - Notifications.

6.4 Notification Access Permission (Notification Listener Service)

• Under Android’s technical framework, this typically corresponds to a system authorization for notification listener capability rather than a standard runtime permission

2. Purpose of Use

When you actively enable “notification management” or similar features, this app may request Notification Listener Service access in order to:

• Identify, classify, organize, and clean notifications;
• Help you manage excessive, duplicate, or invalid notifications and improve the tidiness of your notification panel and overall user experience.

3. Processing Principles

• This permission is used only after you actively enable the relevant feature;
• We process notification information only to the extent necessary to provide notification organization, classification, and cleanup functions;
• Notification content is processed locally on your device. We do not upload your notification text, message content, or notification details to our servers.

4. Impact of Refusal

If you do not enable, or if you disable, Notification Listener Service access, this app will be unable to provide notification management and related features.

You may disable this authorization at any time under Settings - Notifications - Notification Access / Notification Usage Access.

6.5 App Deletion-Related Permission

2. Purpose of Use

This app includes desktop launcher features as well as cleaning and app-management features. You may uninstall an app by long-pressing its icon on the desktop and selecting uninstall, or by selecting an installed app on the app’s uninstall page in order to free device storage space. The REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES permission is used solely to initiate the Android system uninstallation process. The target app is always selected by you, and the final operation is carried out through the system mechanism. This app does not silently uninstall apps, does not automatically uninstall apps in the background, and does not use this permission for APK installation, self-updating, or distribution.

3. Processing Principles

• This app does not bypass system mechanisms to silently remove apps;
• Any uninstallation action must be actively initiated by you.

6.6 Advertising ID Permission

Principle of Local Processing: The core functions of this app, including launcher configuration, file cleaning, and notification cleaning and management, are processed locally on your device.

Commitment to Limited Use: We strictly limit the purposes for which data is used. Your private files, photos, notification content (such as SMS previews or chat messages), and installed app list information will never be used for any purpose unrelated to providing and supporting the app’s functionality.

Third-Party Sharing: We may share limited non-sensitive information with trusted third-party SDK partners only when necessary for operation, maintenance, analytics, security, or monetization (such as advertising). Such information is limited to technical diagnostics, ad attribution, or basic activity events, and does not include your private content.

Third-Party Responsibility: Any necessary information processed by third-party SDKs, such as advertising or analytics providers, is protected by those providers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

User Control: You may withdraw permissions at any time through your device settings, change your launcher preferences, or uninstall the app.

9. Uninstallation and Data Impact

9.1 How to Uninstall the App

Depending on your device configuration, you may uninstall the App using one of the following methods:

Via Device Settings

1. Open Settings on your device.

9.3 Changing Your Default Launcher

If you would like to switch back to the device's original home screen or use another launcher:

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
